I have extensive operations and training experience and have worked in many countries designing, delivering and implementing programmes relating to corporate culture and business practice. I have travelled to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the USA creating, developing & delivering, Training & Development Programmes.

I am a Trainer and Consultant in the area of People/Team Management/Motivation through 'The Hello Manager' sessions.

 

Presenting Skills are delivered via 'ThePresentingCoach' high impact training.

 

Revenue & Profit Maximising is the focus for the 'IGNITION" programme which helps Hospitality, Hotels, Bars, Restaurants and Retail Business deliver better growth through fostering a deep understanding of the offer strengths & weaknesses.

 

I have a highly energetic approach with particular views and experience in those areas. I have a great passion for working with 'Start-ups and S.M.E.s as well as established business. My Training and Development ability is based on years of operational experience...... I can do it, because I have done it!
